In my experience when we’re looking to make a change we put a lot of focus on the things that we no longer want to do, but it isn’t enough to simply identify the issues. Scripture tells us in Romans 12:2 to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. In order to renew our minds we must replace our old habits and ways of thinking with new ones.
